Location. Room. Breakfast. Staff. Interior. Everything was just top! And free bottle of cava in your room... Swimming pool of sister hotel may use. . You really feel welcome in this hotel. . Certainly worth repeating.

Really good location near major attractions, Unique integration of historical architecture, Pinterest-worthy lobby and common areas
The bathroom layout felt awkward and privacy was lacking!!! The Wi-Fi connectivity was highly inconsistent!!! The furniture showed signs of wear, affecting overall appeal!!!

we experienced an amazing stay with amazing views over Plaza Catalunya, and the hotel's central positioning made it so easy to stroll to nearby landmarks like the Cathedral of Barcelona and Mercado de La Boqueria.

The property was in the center of the city. Went to El Nacional for drink or two, set just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The room was a nice size and well-equipped, it included central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television.

Spacious, neat room with stunning views. Super-friendly staff (doorman, room staff, restaurant, reception to manager) who give full attention to the customer without exaggerating. Also received nice attention in the room (2x) and upgrade since booked for a longer period. Very good and wide beds. Breakfast tasty and extensive.
Hotel perhaps more tailored to business customers but we missed a little more (closed) closet space. The outdoor space (garden and terrace) could be used even better. Having breakfast on the terrace is always pleasant.

Staff is very customer friendly. Stayed here with my 11 year old daughter. We got an upgrade to a very nice room and an attentive in the room. Breakfast has been extended with a lot of choice. Location is also very central, close to Airport Bus, Hop on, Hop off and Metro and close to shops and walking routes in the city. it has really exceeded my expectations, especially in service.
